Our client , a well established private equity backed group with an international footprint , strong recurring revenues and a clear future strategy now seeks to appoint a commercially proven practical and pragmatic Human Resources professional to report to the Chief Executive and be tasked to bring HR to the heart of the business agenda and impact on operational performance.
CIPD qualified the individual to be appointed will work closely with the regional Managing Directors to continue to provide through the team core HR support and leadership across processes , policies and procedures . Key to success is taking ownership of the group’s people strategy in which it has a mission to provide enriching experiences and opportunities to develop and progress with a commitment to engaging , rewarding and empowering employees . Reporting to the Chief Executive the individual to be appointed will lead and coordinate the team , contribute at the top table and quickly gain respect across the business whilst he / she will be tasked to align the people strategy to the businesses needs . He / she will embrace the evolving culture and have excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills in order to clearly communicate people services across the business . Previous experience within a fiercely competitive international technology group in which recruitment and retention is core to success would be advantageous.
