This is a new role responsible for understanding customer behaviour, formulating strategies to increase customer engagement and repeat sales levels whilst developing market leading customer service. This role will work closely with other Directors to develop a consistent message and will give the company significant improvements in its understanding of its customer base. This project is not only about increased revenue but is part of a policy of providing exceptional customer service assisting the company to exceed customer expectations.
Candidates must have experience of managing customer engagement and retention programmes in a multi-channel B2C retailer. Your background will be business development, sales or marketing, with excellent IT and analysis skills.
