As part of a team, the Case Manager is at the foundation of the mortgage service proposition to the client. This role liaises with all the required internal functions as well as brokers and solicitors. The Case Managers are the front line of the service helping the client, broker or lender with mortgage applications and are at the heart of the outstanding care provided by the company.
Candidates will be customer care professionals, probably from a financial services or legal background, who want to deliver outstanding service where absolute accuracy is an imperative. The company offers career development and progression, either into leadership roles or moving into more technical roles such as underwriting.
