The role of Director of Stores is broad and has three main components.  Firstly, it is strategic as this role helps to create and implement the business plan.  Secondly, it is operational as it ensures that all retail outlets are run effectively on a day-to-day basis reviewing performance and customer service.  Finally, this role is vital to maintaining the values and culture of the brand.  In essence, this is a key position in maintaining this brand’s customer loyalty as it grows during these challenging times.
