This care organisation helps people by installing appropriate equipment into their homes to assist people in their everyday lives.
The business is undergoing change as increased demand has meant the need for new procedures, processes and the introduction of new staff. This interim role is needed to help with this sharp spike in demand, to help identify critical pathways, the introduction of appropriate KPIs and improve efficiencies, both within the business and customer service.
Candidates will be professionals with experience of installing equipment in the domestic market. It would be helpful if you also held operational/management positions. You will need the communication skills to work with clients in their homes plus the mentoring skills to help develop new staff. Although the role is perceived as initially for three months it is likely that this will be extended.
