The Senior National Account Manager proactively manages a portfolio of national account customers. This means understanding all aspects of the customer’s business to ensure that customer expectations are continuously exceeded and sales targets are met. The role demands a close attention to client needs, proactively identifying how to improve customer satisfaction. Thatchers is a close-knit team so this role works with not just the field sales team but collaboratively with every function within the business to continually improve the customer journey and to increase market share.
Candidates will be experienced account managers, ideally from the food and drinks industry, with the drive and values to be part of the Thatchers family. You must enjoy being a successful business development professional but must never lose sight of the need to work with colleagues and maintain high levels of integrity and customer service.
