For this digital B2B marketplace start-up 2020 was a year of successful innovation resulting in the production of new products with commercial contracts being signed, so that trading begins in April 2021.
This new role is wide-ranging, managing virtual digital and operational teams as well as building in-house teams. The key responsibility will be to manage the service agreements with major clients.
There will be significant interaction with clients, digital customers, content providers and the technical team. In addition, working closely with the Sales Director, there will be commercial experience as new clients are sourced and on boarded.
Candidates will be digital professionals with experience of the e-learning sector with strong technical and organisational skills. You will need good communication skills with the ability to form effective relationships with clients, e-learners, as well as all stakeholders.
